Making a claim is simple and you’ll already have much of the information at your fingers tips. We usually confirm acceptance on the same day, but certainly within three working days.

If you feel the claim requires an instant response from us, we're happy to give telephone clearance, and follow up by email, allowing you to receive a quick answer and proceed with the work.
