Duties and accountabilites
  •  Assist the Head of Digital and Head of Marketing Services in the development of the marketing plan and support delivery of activities related to the plan to build relationships, raise reputation and increase recognition.
  • Support the development and delivery of key marketing campaigns across insurance, tax and law. 
  • Manage social content calendar and implement social media strategy.
  • Support the day-to-day maintenance of the website, liaising with third party vendors and ticket handling systems.
  • Collaborate with the wider team with copy, content and events updating and managing the content calendar to ensure relevant and up to date content across the whole digital platforms.
  • Support of execution of email campaigns, data management (CRM), campaign distribution and generation.
  • Support, management and post production of webinars and audio.
  • Engage with the wider marketing team to ensure a coherent approach and provide input into evaluating new technologies.
Skills, knowledge and experience
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, with digital marketing experience.
  • Expertise across all social media channels.
  • Strong commercial sense, able to ensure digital content aligns with business strategy.
  • Experience of devising content strategy for multiple digital channels. 
  • Ability to build credibility and collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • A competent understanding of computer software programmes including: PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Digital Marketing qualification or working towards a Marketing qualification desirable.

  • Experience in using social media monitoring platforms
  • Demonstrated use of email platforms and CRM
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and implementation
  • Experience in Google Analytics and Google Adwords
  • Photoshop editing experience is desirable
  • Ability to perform video editing would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail and good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to show flexibility in terms of the role performed and the hours worked
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, paying close attention to detail and working in a logical and thorough manner
  • Demonstrate good time management skills with ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
