The role of the Client Services Administrator is to ensure the accurate administration and invoicing of Fee Protection schemes including the new schemes, renewal and adjustments. The role also involves working closely with Area Sales Managers to ensure excellent levels of customer service and insurance scheme handling.

Duties and accountabilites
  • Provide administrative support to the Area Sales Managers.
  • Produce accurate, well-presented scheme documentation.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries from accountants, brokers and individual customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Accurately administer and invoice new and renewal schemes and addition of late subscribers within set deadlines.
  • Identify year by year scheme variations and ensure underwriting adjustments are made where necessary.
  • Provide Administrative support to Accountants and Brokers in making the insurance available to their clients.
  • Ensure advice, action and documentation is compliant with all appropriate regulation and legislation.
  • Answering the telephone within set service standards and directing calls to the appropriate teams within the Company.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met.

  • High level interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills being able to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Ability to deal with peers at all levels.
  • Have a strong can do attitude, be personable and approachable, working well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Willing to challenge assumptions and look to deliver best practice at all times.
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
  • Planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Computer literate and thorough, with the ability to adapt quickly to in-house databases
